Individualized Reentry Planning – We begin preparing clients before release and continue supporting them as they reintegrate into the community.
Workshops – We host workshops designed to equip clients with essential skills and information to support long-term stability and independence.
Housing & Employment Connections – We connect clients to trusted housing providers, workforce development programs, and employment opportunities.
Resource Navigation – We assist with accessing identification documents, healthcare, public benefits, and other essential services.
Ongoing Support – We maintain consistent communication, provide guidance when challenges arise, and celebrate milestones along the way.
