SLP is committed to walking alongside our clients long after their release. We believe reentry is not a moment, but a process, and we provide holistic, relationship-centered support to help individuals successfully transition home. Our reentry services include:

  • We begin preparing clients before release and continue supporting them as they reintegrate into the community.

  • We host workshops designed to equip clients with essential skills and information to support long-term stability and independence.

  • We connect clients to trusted housing providers, workforce development programs, and employment opportunities.

  • We assist with accessing identification documents, healthcare, public benefits, and other essential services.

  • We maintain consistent communication, provide guidance when challenges arise, and celebrate milestones along the way.
